Lockdown is a challenging time for us all. We’re offering a series of activities to help with physical and mental wellbeing.
We’re partnering up with Lucy from A Little Space yoga to offer two online yoga programmes. One will be a beginners mat class and take place via Zoom on Tuesday mornings. We will also be running a chair-based class on Monday afternoons for people who are working from home and could use a bit of a stretch.
We are also really excited to offer children’s mindfulness sessions with the amazing Hollie from you.ful. These will be arts and craft based to encourage children to express their thoughts and worries in practical ways.
All sessions will be free of charge with thanks to the Corona Response Fund from Somerset Community Foundation.
