What a video!

Being outdoors and part of nature allows your mind to breath and “escape from the inside”. We are firm believers in how the natural world has massive benefits to our personal mental health, and so it’s a big part of Fortitude! We want to share things that have helped us with other people who are feel like they’re walking up mountains in their mind.

There’s no minimum age to become ‘qualified’ to feel like this. There’s no maximum age to ‘graduate’. It’s about learning what makes YOU tick and thrive.

With the days short, cold and wet at the moment, it’s hard to remember how good getting outside makes us feel. But have a think….
