WELLBEING

We collaborate with local practitioners to deliver sessions which support holistic wellbeing. Past projects include yoga and children’s mindfulness through arts and crafts. We’re always open to new ideas and future collaborations and partnerships.

We are currently in the process of designing a series of outdoor activities in collaboration with local services and organisations. These will be focussed on activities which engage people with the natural world in our local area. We will be looking at organising things like kayaking, climbing, hiking, surfing, yoga and woodland walks. All the while, our facilitators will provide a warm, open and empathetic environment to encourage open expression and communication which contribute towards positive wellbeing.
